It's a Girl!

I've been (not so) patiently waiting for 40 weeks to find out if Jen and Zippy were having a boy or a girl. I was right....Zoe Jae DeShazer was born last night at 11:47pm. Once again, Jen was a super trooper and delivered Zoe how was 10 pounds, 2 ounces and has a 15cm head! I wasted no time and was at the hospital bright and early this morning to check on the little princess and mommy. They are both doing fantastic and Andrew can't wait to meet his newest friend later this week.

Fun with Trevor

We babysat Trevor a few weeks ago and I just realized I never posted about it! We had so much fun with him here and Andrew loved playing with his favorite cousin. Andrew did great showing Trevor how to crawl, "sharing" (aka stealing) his food and playing very nicely. We can't wait for Trevor to come back and play again soon.

Half Moon Bay

We met the Macways at Half Moon Bay this weekend for lunch. We had a great time catching up and the boys had a chance to play. The weather was pretty nice for February!

Happy Valentine's Day

I'm such a lucky lady to have two Valentine's! Andrew and Brian did a great job making me feel like such a special lady. Brian made us a great dinner with filet, fingerling potatoes and asparagus. When it was time to clean up, Brian even told me not to worry about it and he would take care of it. Lucky me!!

The Perks of Business Travel

Having to travel for work has it's downfalls. I'm away from my family. I leave at 6am and arrive home at 10pm. Long days and lots of meetings.

However, it sure has it's perks. As we speak, chocolate mousse and a glass of wine are being delivered to my room as we speak.

YEAH!!
